The company has to be the worst recovery out there. Waited 18 hours for them to show up and recover my motorbike. Then it took them a month to deliver the motorcycle to Yamaha garage for repairs. The recovery people damaged the motorcycle in various parts and because how long the delivery took, the bike warranty expired causing a huge financial loss. Do not get a policy with RAC. Do not expect anyone to even care about what they put you through. Shocking service and unacceptable. Will never use these again.

It's difficult to explain how bad the service is. No wonder when you ring, the first message says, Don't abuse us. This message would not be needed if the service were any good at all. We paid for the top European cover, which was supposed to bring us home in the event of a breakdown, but they refused and made us use a local garage, which did a poor job when we returned to the UK. The repair failed, and we were advised that the repair was not guaranteed as it was done in France, and we would need to pay again!!! In addition to this, they were supposed to cover hotel costs and additional ferry costs, which they did not.
