Reviews Summary

The Finnieston exhibits a mix of experiences among its clientele, resulting in a multifaceted company reputation. Positive sentiments frequently highlight the establishment's dog-friendly environment, quality and presentation of food, friendly staff, and accommodating atmosphere with outdoor heaters. Especially notable are the seafood options, where creativity with dishes like the off-menu seafood platter and sizeable portions have left strong impressions. In contrast, customers raising concerns cite the expense of dining juxtaposed with portion sizes, slow or inattentive service, and inconsistencies in food quality over time. The physical upkeep, such as sticky tables, and the internal climate, also seem to detract from the overall experience. The customer experience varies from highly commendable to disappointing, heavily depending on individual encounters with service and expectations surrounding value for money.

Great quality good portions and dog friendly what more could you ask for?? In case you do bring your dog, the rat traps are humane. Which can make them rather tasty for your dog should they go hunting under your chairs

Last minute walk in with friends . Just had a few drinks and some delicious chips. Service from host to waitress was tremendous. No faults and area outside with heaters was very pleasant. Food on the next table looked delicious so will be back to try a meal. Well done to the hard-working staff - not easy in hospitality at the moment 👍

I really liked this place. It's nice, cosy and well decorated on the inside. The food was very well presented and most importantly was delicious. I tried the gnocchi and I have to say it was something else, would highly recommend. Shrimp Mac n cheese was average. The staff were delightful and made the whole experience better. Great stuff. Given the prices though I would expect nothing less - it's all rather expensive.
