Absolutely a SCAM – Avoid at All Costs! Everything seems fine with this insurance company until you actually need to make a claim. I filed for missed departure compensation after a severe flight delay, while traveling alone with an infant. Our flight was massively delayed, and I had no support. My baby was distressed, exhausted, and it became unbearable to stay at the airport all night. I made the difficult decision to go home and book a new flight for the next day, thinking surely the insurance would understand and support us. WRONG. They rejected my claim, saying it was my fault I missed the departure. Excuse me?! If the flight hadn’t been delayed and if I wasn’t abandoned with a struggling infant overnight, I NEVER would’ve missed it. Isn’t that exactly why travel insurance exists? To help when things go wrong through no fault of your own? To make matters worse, they dragged the claim process out for months, making me jump through hoops with endless forms, receipts, and document requests. They kept asking for the same information over and over again, stuff I already submitted with my original claim! It was clear they were just stalling and looking for excuses not to pay. In the end, after all the stress and emotional toll, they decided I wasn’t eligible – in their opinion. Not based on any real empathy or logic, just their interpretation. It's absolutely infuriating. I felt completely dismissed and helpless. I honestly believe most of the positive reviews are from people who never actually had to make a claim. Sure, the price might be cheap, but when it really matters – they are nowhere to be found. I’ve never felt so let down. NEVER AGAIN. Have got insurance and am going to New York for three days. Trying to advise that have had antibiotics for a spot on my leg is proving impossible. This tells me they will try and link it to my radiotherapy. Awful. Evil. I will probably not travel now out of mistrust. AVOID!

Excellent and caring company who are fully conversant with pre-existing conditions and who put you at ease through every step of the process. Would highly recommend. A holiday of a lifetime with peace of mind assured.
