I was a little apprehensive as found them via Facebook, but very prompt in their reply. Their level of service and customer video call is a great touch. All the equipment arrived in good order and was so easy to install. They even provide the paint to match your bannister colour choice. Customer service is second to none and a great company to deal with at very competitive prices. Regards

So happy with our new staircase and the customer service from Stairfurb. I came across them via instagram, and their prices seemed competitive and range of options very modern. We booked in a call to go through the measurements which was super helpful. The staircase package arrived quickly and was super easy to install for experienced DIYer's. We had a question when we were going through the install process and it was very easy and quick to call them, and James answered our questions really well. The new staircase looks AMAZING - couldn't recommend enough. Thank you!

First class experience with the Stairfurb team. Not being an overconfident DIYer, the ability to have a video "walk round" with Matt certainly eased my fears and I would recommend this to anyone considering a purchase. The on-line videos were also a great help. Once the order was placed, delivery lead time was 4 weeks and the kit arrived bang on time. After removing the old balustrade and prepping the old Newell posts, fitting was a relatively easy process. The glass components are heavy an it would be wise to consider a helping hand when fitting these. Overall, the process was quite painless and the result are excellent. I have included some before and after pictures.
