Beware of this company! During the sales call they assure you they can and will cover everything. I was told that I was not in a CONTRACT and could cancel at anytime if the service wasn't suitable. It took six months before there was a needed repair and it wasn't covered. After two more rejections I attmpted to cancel only to be told I was in a one year contract. American Home Shield has its challenges but has stepped in to safe my day! I cannot express how strongly I recommend avoiding this company!

This company is HORRIBLE. I found it impossible to file a claim online. Forwarding the invoice from the service provider to Service Plus is just not possible. Even trying to figure out how to actually speak with someone at Service Plus was a nearly impossible task. Then when I was able to speak with a live person I had great difficulty understanding them because they were of course in some country thousands of miles away. The easiest thing to do of course is pay the premium. So, bottom line is Service Plus, isn't.

If I could give a negative rating I would… My dryer broke and I did a claim on Sunday. I never heard anything back so I called Tues and was told it’s no technicians in my area. I was told I can find my own technician or I could do virtual. I was giving a $200 pre authorization. I called and called and ended up paying out of pocket $314 to get it fixed, they told me to send in receipt so I can be reimbursed. Now I’m told I only get $200 - $75 for my service fee which they didn’t do anything. The guy told me because I didn’t use their technician I couldn’t be reimbursed due to different rate prices. I have never seen a company that robs you like this and says ( I understand where you coming from). I hope people see these reviews and understand cheaper is not always better….i hope this company goes under because you shouldn’t treat and take from people like this
