SelectQuote is a great company to work for. The people, and the culture are top tier. I enjoy getting up and heading into work on the morning because I feel as though I’m working with friends. We work hard and get stuff done but it’s always a little better doing that alongside people you connect with. The facility is great. Previously worked in Anderson county, KS. So it’s a big upgrade from what I’m use to. Overall, great work life in this area.

I have worked at SelectQuote for more than 4 years, I have advanced to leadership during this time and absolutely love what I do everyday. The job is challenging and each day is a bit different. If you are looking for a great career with management that helps you succeed. You could not choose a better place to be.

I applied and got hired to work as a sales development agent. There was only a few days of training and they only give you a one week trial on the phones to cold call to the elderly. After a one week trial on the phones I was let go and because I had no real training. I was at a disadvantage from the jump. Usually most jobs give you 3-4 weeks of training to gain knowledge to make you better. But not this company. If I would’ve knew they give only a one week trial I would’ve never accepted the job offer! I quit my previous job where I had benefits, 401k. Luckily I already had another job offer lined up and ready for me. A big lack of communication when it comes to the hiring and training. I would never apply with these guys again! Most calls you get are voicemails and angry customers! There’s no way I would’ve accepted a job offer with a week probation period!
