In the begining all was good, the very first person I dealt with went out of her way to help me come up with the best possible deal. I had to extend my insurance start date for economic reasons-that is when the worst side of this company showed. Firstly I was hit with an increase and further requirements. I reiterated several times how these changes where nowhere near what we agreed upon, but to no avail. The person at the end of the line changes with every correspondence and I have to repeat the story again. I have asked them to listen to the audio conversations and they have on three occassions stated they will and will reply within three days. No such reply or resolution ever came. Weeks later I was hit with a premium increase which was unjustified and again nothing that I was told of or agreed upon. I have sent emails after this, I am pretty positive nobody reads them as I have seen no reply. I have again called with the same issue and it has been a month after the upteenth "3 day period to review conversations recorded". I am immensely disappointed. PS. Much appreciation for Jay from Riviera, called me to ascertain the root of the matter and came up with a solution within 24hrs. Thank you for setting things right.
