Great service, automatic renewal but you are contacted numerous time before expiry so you can cancel if not needed. Having an older car means that you need a reliable and trusted service for peace of mind when travelling.

I t really deserves a minus Hi I would like to voice my opinion of the so called assistance I received today 25/07/2025 at approximately 1450 hours My car broke down dew to a transmission fault NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ENGINE as it was still running till I turned it off but according to your operator it was related to the last breakdown which was in the time period you stipulate regarding to recurrence breakdowns but last time it was the engine that would not start check your records and that will confirm that. But I had it into the garage and had the fault sorted with a complete set of fuel pipes. But despite me informing your operator of this and me telling her that the engine was still running till I switched it off. And also I got the mechanic on my wife's mobile and put him on loud speaker and he tried his best to explain that the fault last time had nothing to do with the transmission the driving of the car this time it sounded like Either a Drive Shaft had sheared or something wrong with the Clutch? the operator would still not listen and said that she would get me a price for a recovery at my cost. All this can be backed up with your own recordings of the phone call. While you do that regarding the last time my car broke down that I SHOULD GET A INVOICE OR RECEIPT SHOWING WHAT WAS DONE TO PROVE THE JOB HAD BEEN DONE WHICH I HAVE GOT. So I am afraid that I no longer want your bad service and will go elsewhere. regretfully I Am Very Disappointed, I have a disability and I had my wife and our dog in the car. My wife has Alzimers and was very upset already with the car breaking down but this was the final STRAW thank you . I would of course like my money back but I won't hold my breath! I look forward to informing expected customers what to expect Stephen Kay

Have been with this company a number of years. Have only called them out on one occasion and that was satisfactory. I also lost my car key and after I had replaced it they reimbursed the cost without delay. I would recommend this company and would add that their rates are extremely good.
