Great storage space used to store our belongings whilst moving house. Easy to access and secure. Moving equipment on site well maintained and made moving in/out so much easier. All staff at Kirkstall, Leeds site and customer services very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and use again if needed. Thank you.

The last three years this site has been my residential storage. The pricing was the big seller for me but it ended up being the helpful staff, location and sense of security that kept me using the Kirkstall site. And they were even super helpful when it came to closing off my account. Hundred percent recommend. Thanks Nick!

Good experience using the Ready Stready Store in Kirkstall. Really helpful manager and great access through gates and with a big lift and large trolleys to use furniture.
Only feedback is that the RSS has a very aggressive system of contacting you once you have signed up or asked for a quote. I must have received 6 or 7 calls and three voice messages from the company checking in and trying to chase my check in, even though I did it all online and nothing was outstanding.
Many neurodivergent people struggle hugely with phone calls and I felt at one stage like I was being harassed. That was on top of the numerous text messages and email reminders.
Maybe scale back on that all. It was really off putting.
