Self Storage Tameside Reviews Summary

I’ve just moved some household bits into a unit at Self Storage Tameside, and I've had a great experience so far. I was extremely nervous about putting things in storage. The team at SST helped with everything: with clear pricing, a professional pick-up service, and good communications along the way. In short, I’ve been very impressed with the service! Some highlights include: - Paul showed me around the facility before I rented a unit - this meant that I could see what I would be paying for. - I asked a lot of questions about the terms and conditions (I did not want any “surprises” when it came to payment). Paul was very patient and responsive, and never tried to hurry me. - Brandon and Jason came to collect my stuff first thing in the morning. They were friendly, on time, and very capable. - Jason took a quick look at my things and told me I didn’t need the size of unit I had reserved - they put me in the next size down, and reduced my costs by over £20 a month. (In fact, Jason told me a smaller one would be enough, but I wanted an extra bit of wiggle room). - By the time we got to SST, they’d neatly arranged all my things in the unit. Paul took me up to take a look and put my own lock on the door, all before I’d made payment. - Finally, Leanne in the office talked me through the direct debit process and payment. I was expecting this to be a very stressful process, but it was the opposite, very easy and straight-forward, and no last-minute surprises. My possessions feel like they are in safe hands. And in a few months time, I will be able to be able to update this review to say more positive things about the quality of Self Storage Tameside.
