AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do NOT use this company. After 30 years of paying, they ripped off my parents and the policy has NO cash value and they went up from $150 a month to $900 without explanation because my dad is a senior. Even though he is healthy and on zero medications they say it’s necessary to raise his policy this much. I have zero tolerance for the poor treatment of customers for this many years… disgraceful. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called 4 times, with three escalations, over a two month period, to receive a document that they said takes 7 days. When I ask to talk to someone higher up, I'm told it's a phone queue, and there is no one else they can send me to, and no direct number they can give me for a supervisor. Zero accountability at this company for their employees.

Horrible life insurance company, very confusing. It should be a simple process to get your claim, but they seem to be saying all different info every time I call them. So far they have all the information that they need and so far never received the check yet. I have no idea why they keep holding onto the money, they act like it’s theirs to keep. I had to end up making a complaint to the district attorney office. That will fix them and this is how I will get the money!
