Really difficult to ever get anything sorted with them, the whole structure of the organisation is clearly failing, departments don't seem to talk, the people on the call seem to be unsure what they're doing or the IT systems are just really bad. Took over 2 hours to get a device added to policy. Been waiting over two weeks for a replacement to be sent out too. I don't think the company is no longer operational. It feels like it's deliberately set up this way, would not recommend, however they were once a good insurer.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating overall — to the point where I almost gave up entirely. After receiving an email saying I needed to speak with someone to proceed with my claim, I tried to call customer service over 10 times. Either the call got disconnected automatically, or I was left waiting for 30+ minutes with no response. I also sent a detailed email — which was completely ignored. It felt like I was being stonewalled, and it was honestly shocking that a company handling insurance claims — often during stressful times — could be so unreachable and unresponsive. Out of desperation, I contacted the sales team, who were the only ones that picked up. The representative I spoke with was professional, apologised for the inconvenience, and quickly transferred me to Jarred from the complaints team. Jarred was excellent — he listened, apologised sincerely, and resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. I genuinely appreciate his help and professionalism. If every customer service interaction was like that, I wouldn’t have had to go through such a stressful and exhausting ordeal. That said, the company urgently needs to improve its front-line customer service. Making customers chase, wait, and be ignored like this is completely unacceptable — especially when the issue could have been resolved so easily from the beginning. I’m relieved it’s sorted now, but I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did just to get basic support.
