Had an Email to renew my policy in plenty of time. I phoned today and spoke to Ricky who was very helpful and polite. The process was straight forward and Ricky was very informative. Never had an issue with this company and the policy costs are very reasonable.

tried to purchase via the website, but it would not go through to the payment page , that's why not a 5 for service, BUT a short wait of a minute or so in hold, and was picked up by the Customer service agent Ricky Graham. He was excellent, went through all the questions again and there were no changes (so no evident reason why online payment wasn't possible). He also clarified the specifics of the IMPORT question, so that was helpful . in all a great service when you speak to a person, but regarding the web fail thats really not a great part, and defeats the purpose of trying to save time or do it all at my convenience, Top Marks for Ricky Graham,

Had to make some amendments on the renewal of my policy and their agent Ricky helped me through the process. He was very friendly and explained everything as we went. All sorted out quickly and I continued to have my motorbike covered through this company.
