Pool Warehouse Reviews

Pool warehouse should be avoided if you're buying parts, can not say about other products they sale. Called and ordered a vacuum motor from them and asked him about returning if it didn't work or didn't need. He told me that there's a warranty period if it does not work and if the part was new and not used that I would get my full payment back so I purchased the part. When I got the package I opened the box to make sure it was the correct part and it was not in any plastic. When I went to replace the motor the cable pulled out of the connector so that told me the cable was bad, so had to wait on another cable. Once I got the cable I put it on and my vacuum worked fine so I contacted them about returning the motor that I never took out of the box but to check it. I had to do all this long list of stuff they asked me to, to return this and if you didn't do it exactly they would automatically reject the return. After doing all that they accepted my return but had to pay $30 to ship it back and the also charged me a 20% restocking fee that none of this was told to be originally by the person I talked to when ordering it. I would've purchased elsewhere if I had known this. This company seems like a middle man on parts cause the person told me the vendors charge the restocking fee. All this took over 2 weeks to do. This is not a good company to deal with. I also couldn't find anywhere to leave a review on there website.

Even though the part I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, I had a great experience with Pool Warehouse thanks to Brianna. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It made all the difference knowing someone was actively working to keep me updated.
