PLEASE DONT BUY. Total false advertising. Shows “anti rust frame” not even a year and it’s rusted. They gave me the run around cause they couldn’t figure out the model type after a picture of the size and serial number was provided. Even went as far as offering the invoice. Still was ignored. Worst pool buy ever.

***UPDATE 7/9/25**** LEG CAPS ARRIVED AND THEY ARE THE SAME ONES THAT WERE INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX! CONTACTED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE ITEM!!!! I DEMANDED A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD IT TAKES UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A CALL BACK!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY POOLS FROM INTEX! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! I purchased a 10 x 30 Prism metal frame pool and the wrong leg caps were included. I contacted customer service and although they were very helpful and friendly, I was advised I would not receive the replacement leg caps for 2 weeks. There was no option for express delivery. So I will suffer through the Jersey heat wave looking at a useless product. I should not be penalized for the warehouse's mistake. AND the liner on the floor is 2 different shades at the middle seam. I was advised this was "normal". P.S. I find it odd that the company will only comment on positive reviews!

Most parts ie, hoses, clamps, connectors were missing from my order, had a hell of a time getting a hold of someone and then to be told it was off warranty, I didn’t have a warranty issue, half my pool was missing!! Never 👎🏻 again. This is all I received along with the liner.
