At first, they seemed responsive and professional. I submitted my claim promptly. Unfortunately my claim got lost somehow ??? so I had to send it again and submit additional documentation and proofs. However, after that initial phase, everything went silent. I’ve followed up multiple times (customer service and claim team) asking for updates, but there has been no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’ve done everything on your end and are left in the dark. A claim process should not just stop without explanation. If this is how they handle customer service and claims, I CANT RECOMMEND THEM- AVOID! UPDATE: After a long and nerve-wracking process, I finally received an email confirming that my claim had been accepted. A few days later, the bank transfer was processed. Although the wait was stressful, I’m relieved it ended positively. I feel that communication with the customer need to improve.

I was left without insurance on my caravan when it came to renewal time. I realised I hadn't received an insurance renewal invitation around the time it's usually due. To my horror, I when I logged into my account, I found the policy had expired weeks earlier, even though my account showed that auto-renew was active. When I contacted them, I was informed that they couldn't secure an insurance provider in time for my renewal. Instead of notifying me of this, they simply let my insurance expire, leaving my caravan uninsured for weeks, which left me exposed to a huge financial loss if the caravan was involved in an incident. Had I not been on the ball and investigated it, it would still be uninsured now. Absolutely shocking and financially dangerous operating practice for consumers. Stay well clear of this company.

My Caravan insurance doubled - no explanation My Caravan insurance renewal cost went up by 86% - yes - 86% increase on their "autorenew" something that I never agreed to - must be a default somewhere on their website. When I asked why the massive increase, Pink insure advised "all renewal quotes are in line with the standard price increase" . When I questioned this further, I did not get an answer? I had to figure out how to switch "auto renewal off" and go elswhere for insurance which I did and a lot cheaper. Interesting that they seem to have 2 entries under Trustpilot - one at 2.7 (pinginsure) and one at 4.7 comes up under ping insure but web link is pingbreakdown?
