Very happy with Pets Best Insurance. I have only submitted one claim. My new cat Jack just went for his first check up. Pets Best Insurance handle the claim in a timely manner. No red tape! Very well explained as to what was covered. With today’s vet prices it’s worth every dime! Thank you.

I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance. My dog, Sophi, has epilepsy and needs a lot of medication, and regular visits the vet, and the neurologist. Pets Best has been amazing. They process reimbursements very quickly and efficiently. It’s such a relief to have an insurance company that actually makes things easy during an already stressful situation.

Pets Best insurance has been the best decision we made. For a new puppy your at the vets office frequently for the first year in order to have your fur baby get a great head start in the world and keep them healthy. Pets Best coverage reimbursement has been great and the process is so simple. You take a picture of your receipt and upload it into the app and that’s it. Turn around time in processing our claims has been quick and automatic deposit into our checking account is absolutely convenient. We chose 90% reimbursement and have no regrets. As a side note, make sure when picking a policy you understand what is covered and what is not when you are comparing different company policies. Best Pets coverage was the best we found. As long as the premiums remain reasonable we will continue to renew at the end of our year.
