I never made a claim so this review is of limited validity. However be aware of the auto renewal policy, it wasn’t obvious enough for me. When my policy was about to expire, I made arrangements elsewhere. Then, out of nowhere (no previous notification) the PD premium was charged to my credit card. I then spent the best part of an hour talking to a bot/agent to get the money refunded (now waiting for the 5 business days to expire). During the chat I asked the agent to remove me from all mailing lists….so far all I have had is a text congratulating me on taking a policy with PR (??!?), and an email asking me to write a review (this review). The email contained an unsubscribe link, which does not work. I’m pretty glad I haven’t had to make a claim as it stands!

Susan and Perry your Customer Care Team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, they both spoke nicely, asked questions and why they were being asked, explained what I needed to do in a friendly non threatening manner and in a relaxed way. So reassuring for me. A real credit to your company. Very well done guys.
