Avoid at all costs. I've paid insurance in full annually for over 25 years and just experienced my first emergency accident claim - it won't be with this Company again going by this process! Shocking service to say the least. Be aware that this company cannot handle claims internally and is reliant on different underwriters to provide the various buildings, contents and emergency accident cover. They can only handle complaints, but not action anything. We had a bad leak in the bathroom Monday evening which severely damaged the kitchen and it's electrics. Summer holidays with kids at home without boiler, oven, internal microwave, hob and freezer contents lost. We have had to stay in every day this week due to false promises about an electrician being assigned to visit. It's Friday evening now and we still don't have the electrics signed off to turn back on again. They now say Monday at the earliest. Their accident emergency contractors lie by saying they've attended the property when they haven't and put false notes on the system. Look elsewhere!

Hopeless company that cancelled our house insurance a month after started as they said they made a mistake and didn’t insure our yup of house. We had two days to organise new cover. Offered £100 compensation but it cost hundreds more as we had to get insurance at short notice. INCOMPETENT and CARELESS. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.

My house insurance policy was suddenly invalidated just because I requested a new quote. There was no clear warning or communication that this would happen. Now I’m left without valid coverage and a lot of stress. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
