This is some text inside of a div block.
My original parking was no longer required due to a fire at Heathrow but parkgiant were quick to contact me and resolve this. I simply emailed them with new dates for my parking and was sent a link to pay the difference. Although this was months later there was no issues or quibbles it was a really smooth process and my new booking details were sent to me straight away. Highly recommend! Fantastic customer service!

Very smooth drop off and pick up, although I had to wait a while for the car, which wasn’t really a big issue. The car was returned in the same condition as dropped off. The employees were very polite and nice to deal with. Will definitely use again.

I can not fault this company. I was delayed for 2 days. And sent to two different countries just to get home. This was Due to cancellations of flights. Oh and my bag was lost along the way! It was a really stressful time for me and obviously knowing I had to get my car was another added thing on my mind. I called Park Giants and they said it was fine. Just to give them updates. Which I did. I did have to pay extra for the few days the car was with them (which I completely understand as it’s not their fault) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They collected the car from me on time of my arrival and was with me within ten minutes of me FINALLY returning to Heathrow! Thank you for making it so easy for me - Kim :-)
