Been using one sure for 8 years, they used to be a great broker to deal with, friendly staff, reasonable charges, nothing was too much trouble. The past few years they've been nothing but trouble from lost documents/ emails (their end) to taking payments as and when they feel like it, not to mention the £50 admit charge for anything they can possibly charge it for on top of the increasing broker fee every year. Attitude of the agents on the phone is appalling, with the exception of about 3 people. There needs to be a major customer service and renewal team retrain! I won't be using one sure next year for my renewal and I strongly advise others to avoid and go for another broker.

Over the past 9 years of dealing with numerous trade insurance brokers, unfortunately onesure is the worse. I’m only 4 weeks in but after a very helpful sales call and paying a large deposit, I’ve had nothing but problems. After getting a price and declaring my wife had 3 points, due to a slight mistake with the dates of conviction I was slapped with a £39 increase in premium BUT then hit with a £50 admin fee. Then told my combined access was £1050 increase the event of a claim!. In short after leaving the brokers I was happy with I’m worse off with less cover. I had to take out an excess cover policy for an additional 60 odd pounds.. not happy at all. Thought of cancelling but I just know I’m going to get hung with fees. Won’t be using next year. Hope this helps someone considering a switch.

Great sales team. Really poor obstructive aftersales team. No certificate received so called to find out where I could find my certificate and they wouldn't even discuss the policy with me! No response to my emails and rude staff on the phone. Tried to cancel the policy and they want to charge over £700 for the privilege. No surprise that this element was NOT explained at the time nor was it in the small print. Awful experience.
