NS8 very nice and polite and thorough. BUT onecall as a company, my first ever claim in 45 years, still no satisfactory progress, still they have not sent out their damage assessoral/loss adjuster after 10 weeks and suggest I would have to pay for one. Still cannot recommend onecall at this moment.

I had only had my car 9 days when I drove into the back of another car. No one was injured and the other persons car got a scratch of about 1/2 inch. I called on Monday evening to give the details. The call handler JM2 was very good and reassuring. Today I had a call with ED1 to arrange the delivery of the car for repair. she was also incredibly helpful. Many thanks to one call claims
