We always have a great stay here! The staff is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The entire hotel is beautiful and it is situated in the heart of downtown Atlanta across from Centennial Park. Plenty of places to eat and lots to do within walking distance including the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, Children's Museum, College Football Hall of Fame and more. Centennial Park is a nice place for a walk and fresh air. Hotel is also super convenient to State Farm Arena as you can walk through the CNN Center to get to the arena. Even after a late night concert is over and the CNN Center is locked, it's a very short walk out of the arena and back into the hotel. Rooms: Clean, lots of hookups for tech Nearby activities: So many things within walking distance and other things just a short drive away or you can take the Marta. Safety: Security patrols Centennial Park and surrounding area. Hotel has security measures in place, need key to go to room floors in elevators. Walkability: Lots to do within walking distance.

This is now one of my favorite hotels. The location is very convenient and next to many attractions and restaurants. It is super easy to get around as almost everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped us check in as soon as we arrived. They got us a very clean room with a nice view of the park. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the floor was quiet. We had a very peaceful stay. They also have a coffee shop near the check in that makes excellent coffee and hot chocolate. They also had very nice decorations during Christmas that we enjoyed seeing and taking photos with. Thank you for an amazing stay, and I hope I get the opportunity to visit once again.

This was my first stay and overall, I enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping did a good job. The location was convenient and not too far from the airport. We appreciated the restaurants and the little shop. It was nice to have options for dining, beverages and snacks. The staff could have been more responsive. We had a question that could have been answered by the concierge, but we didn't know they had one. Instead, we got an indifferent answer from the desk clerk. The exception was Alicia (I hope I'm spelling this correctly) at the New South Kitchen on Sunday (January 14th). She went out of her way to do all kinds of little extras for us. What a gem. She was pleasant, helpful, and very kind. I hope the management there appreciates her. I would happily stay here again.
