I was transferred to Odie after ManyPets sold their U.S. customers, and the experience has been awful from the start. I submitted a claim over a month ago and have followed up multiple times by phone and email. Each time, I’ve been told the claim would be expedited—but there’s been zero progress. No updates. No reimbursement. No accountability. It’s ridiculous how hard I’ve had to chase them down just to get a basic response. Pet insurance is supposed to offer peace of mind in stressful times—not add to the stress by going silent when you need support the most. If you’re thinking about using Odie, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. You and your pet deserve a company that actually responds when care is needed—take your money and trust somewhere that honors their responsibility and treats you with respect.

REPORT TO CA ATTORNEY GENERAL, FTC so they will investigate. There has to be several valid complaints. Also, contact Consumer Protection attorneys to start a class action lawsuit. I had to contact Many Pets and complain about my experience. Many Pets confirmed what ODIE could not. And, they also contacted Odie to ensure my account would be cancelled and I would not be charged. This was in March. If there is a charge by Odie I will definitely be leading a class action and will post a link to the sign up.

I had Many Pets before,a very good company,then transferred me to this horrible company Odie. Everything in all these reviews is true,unfortunately. I submitted a claim more than a month ago,they asked me three times to send them the same my dog's medical records ,last week after I emailed them more time to ask about my claim situation they emailed me back that they will finish the process at the end of the week and I still don't have any answer,nobody emailed me back. They are a liars,I told them it is time to contact a lower and to report them to BBB and I will.do it today.
