on 14.05.2025 I broke down on the M4 on my motorcycle with a puncture, I called Nova Claim Department and spoke to Josh for a good 10 minutes confirming everything, he then told me I am not covered because I do not have a spare tyre with me, now please excuse me but where am I supposed to keep a spare tyre on my motorcycle on my head? the whole point of me taking the policy out is to be covered when I get a puncture or breakdown, I have never seen any other Motorist carry a spare tyre on their motorcycle! I was stranded in the middle of the M4 in the blazing sun with no water and low battery percentage on my phone, this is completely unacceptable, I mentioned this to Josh, he had no care in the world on my critical situation

Scammers. My credit card has been charged for a renewal for £64.99 even though my breakdown policy lasts for another 6-months. We have other cars in the family which this could relate to and Nova wont even tell me which policy it is due to "data protection". When I suggested I could dispute the payment with my credit card, they threatened that they would chase the policy holder using a debt reclamation company. Last time I'll ever buy a Nova policy or recommend it to anyone in the family.

joke of a company. used them for European breakdown cover and they left us stranded in Spain telling us they couldnt contact any contractors in the area (phoned us back after 10 minutes so obviously didnt try too hard). We are 2 seniors who were travelling with a small dog. Caused us so much stress and ruined last few days of our holiday. Avoid at all costs!!! Wish I'd read all these reviews first will definately never use or recommend them again.
