Was a happy customer for over five years. Did a renewal for this year 8/24-8/25 and before the policy even began they just raised my yearly price by $600 despite being a single 30 year old man with zero accidents or moving violations ever that also owns his car outright. Going to shop around and switch insurers, there’s no way I’m paying $250 a month in auto insurance for a paid off 2014 Toyota Yaris that I drive less than 3,000 miles a year. It’s a shame, now they’re no different than any other greedy corporations.

I've had great experience with this company for years, but they are getting absolutely greedy and horrible customer service. The rates for my policy have increased greatly for no reason. I get the whole song and dance when I question it, have a clean record, and am not considered an at-risk driver. Somehow, they feel justified in raising my rates well into double digits percentage You're over here. It looks like I'll have to unwind this and then change my homeowners because the people on the phone are absolutely no help. Literally highway robbery

As a customer of NJM and have been satisfied for over 30 years of auto and Home owners policies and never had any claims on either policy. Now in renewal for my auto policy in 2025 I saw an increase of $1241 for our four cars with only one with collision coverage and the rest all over 20 years old and never an accident. Last year I paid just $3000 for these cars and now the renewal is $4118. Tell me why? It seems like a reliable customer will be looking elsewhere.
