Recently stayed at a hotel in Biscayne Bay and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The newly renovated rooms were tastefully done, offering both comfort and style. The highlight, however, was waking up to stunning bay views every morning—a serene and picturesque sight. The combination of modern amenities and beautiful surroundings made for a truly memorable stay.

Stayed here with family before our cruise. The location is perfect. The staff was really nice and professional and helpful. We arrived early, and they held our luggage until our room was ready. We ate at the hotel restaurant. the food was good but a little pricey. The room was nice as well, we have a few of the bridge and the marina. We had a balcony; the room was clean organized and spacious. They gave us a voucher for $30 to use in the restaurant, the gave us free tickets to have a boat ride to see the houses of celebrities, they also gave us a voucher for 2 free drinks at the bar as well. I would recommend as well as stay here the next time I am in Miami. Walkability: You are close to Publix, and other restaurants in the area. Food & drinks: The food was good but a tad bit pricey, the drinks were really good. Our bartender was really cool and vibing with us

Great place to stay before and after a cruise!!! We stayed Jan 6 and liked it so much we stayed on our return on Jan 13th- Make sure you find Alberto A when you arrive!!! He will take care of you and see you have transportation to airport as well as cruise, etc! He’s fabulous! Lilly at front desk took care of all our room needs!!! She’s also wonderful!!!!! Room 2905 was great but beside the elevator which was just a little loud during the night but other than that— great! What’s really nice is just the friendliness of the hotel staff!!! Only negative we had was the gift shop staff— couldn’t get waited on the several times we went in so no big deal—- there are plenty of shops attached to the hotel with even a Starbucks!!! Great location!!! Nearby activities: If cruising—- this should be a top contender!!!!
