We just checked out of MGM Grand and were honestly quite disappointed. First, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly — almost completely clogged. The bathtub had the same issue: water barely drained, which made showering frustrating and unpleasant. The in-room fridge was another letdown. It came with a ridiculous policy: if you place your own food or drinks inside, you’ll be charged an extra fee. That’s completely unreasonable — we’ve already paid to stay in the room, so why should we have to pay more just to use the fridge for our own items? On top of that, the room didn’t even provide a basic paper cup. For a hotel of this size and price range, that’s honestly unacceptable. During check-out, there were no clear signs showing where to queue. One staff member even scolded us for not standing in the “correct” spot — even though there was no proper guidance provided. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Not worth the price, not worth the resort fee, and definitely not recommending to others.

The room I had overlooked the scenic backside of the building where the lights are located. Luckily the room came equipped with a blackout curtain and I was able to keep the room from glowing green while I slept. Other than that the bed was a little firm for my liking but everything else was good. If you are looking for something that's less busy than down the strip this is great.

This is our go to place to stay. I've been coming to Vegas for over 30 years. I accept this place is a little dated but the property is still well maintained. The service staff are great. The location is great. It's at the near south end of the strip so it's easy to get to and from the airport and other resorts/casinos. We love chill vibe of the pools. The dining on property varies and is dilish
