I see that there are many negative reviews but l can only speak as l find and can state that KGM handled my motor accident claim quickly and efficiently. I was not content with their first offer after my car was written off and l politely explained that my car was in way above average condition. They gave me a fair opportunity to make my case, explaining to me what evidence l needed, etc. This l did and they almost doubled the offer to a realistic and fair sum. They were quick and efficient in online dealings.

What a company, sceptical at first after reading reviews but can only give a review of the first class service recieved. Vehicle declared total loss and settlement all paid out within 13 days of accident, they paid a very reasonable settlement and retained vehicle and a more than fair value. What a company, all insurance companies should be this efficient!

Been told off broker my bike is not insured, as they have said my garage is not acceptable. Wont insure me, now a £35 cancel fee and £35 risk thingy fine £70 down and insured for 1 day!! Make this clear on comparison sites, never had this problem in 30 years! Avoid!!
