Terrible company. You get sent around in circles to the same emails. They do everything possible to not pay insurance claims. Even through the phone number they provided you get no luck.

I took out the insurance as backup in case I was unwell when I went away on holiday. On arrival back in the UK the company messaged me incase I wanted to make a claim and gave me information on how to do so. I found this extremely useful even though I didn't need to claim anything. I will definitely be using this company again for travel insurance and I highly recommend you do too.

Do not use this terrible company. The insurance is cheap for a reason and they will make it difficult should you need to claim or make a complaint. I am needing to claim and have been passed around so many times and asked to email so many different emails it’s driving me crazy. Then my policy claim was then rejected for something I’m actually covered for. It clearly states in the terms and conditions I am covered and I immediately emailed pointing to their wording on the policy saying I’m covered and they’ve ignored me to then direct me here and everywhere and no one taking ownership. I’ve raised so many complaints and a formal complaint advising this is the last chance to deal with this before financial ombudsman and still ignored or passed around . They are obviously a legitimate company but I feel like I’m dealing with a scam when trying to make an actual claim . It feels they want you to tire out and just give up. Edit - I finally ended up raising my complaint to the financial ombudsman after being passed around and not taking my complaint seriously. Financial ombudsman upheld my complaint and I got all my lost money back
