Best coverage ever! I can't believe I second guessed this. I would of had to come out of pocket almost 10k on my AC being replaced. I'm also in process of getting my washer and dryer replaced which would of been 2400 out of pocket. In the last 14 months I've saved myself so much money and my home was built in 2024. My builder plan covered nothing and my warranty from the manufacturer denied my claims too.
