Spoke to Melissa re my renewal, she was very professional, polite and welcoming. Although renewal price after discount was still a bit high, due to a pleasant experience with Melissa she made my decision easy which was to stay with home assist for another year. I would happily recommend to others.

Following our boiler service I would like to say the engineer was very pleasant and polite. He carried out both services. Only problem was I wish a time slot of either am or pm had been given as waited in until 2.30 until a call to say would be arriving about 3.30.
