Awful insurance company! Do not use. They have denied paying out when our cat got hit by a car, falsely claiming that he has a preexisting asthma condition. He does not have asthma and when we queried how being given methodone and a chest scan equated to asthma treatment they went quiet. It has been 9 months are the issue is still not resolved. We will be reporting them to the obusmund.

Still waiting on claims to be paid from November and December. No updates, have to chase up yourself as they do not keep you informed. Documents going missing when vets have proof that they sent the relevant documents to the insurers. There is zero empathy from them. We do not want to be in a position where we need to claim, but some of us have seriously ill pets and can't afford to be waiting around for months whilst paying very high vet bills. It isn't like we are doing this for fun, we are just trying to claim what we are owed. Absolutely shocking. Never been treated like this by any insurer before.

Probably the worst pet insurance I have ever encountered. Waited almost 3months to get my claimed paid had email that BACS payment would be a certain amount only to find that when it came into my bank account more deductions being made. Terrible company i lowered my Gold max insurance to Silver max just had a Direct Debit charged me more than being on a Silver max than Gold insurance absolutely a joke. So I guess yet another phone call only to be held on hold for ages because they don’t know what they are doing. My dog is under Petplan cover for life pay more but they are excellent you get your claim sorted out within 5 working days. None of this constant chasing them up all the time because they keep losing paperwork or claims form.
