This is some text inside of a div block.
The worst experience with a company I've ever had. Renewed my insurance with them but the payment failed as their system didn't send the correct security information for the bank to process. I've called them 5/6 times in attempt to pay due to Geoffrey reminder messages of an outstanding balance of £20. On the last call I was told it was an error and everything was okay only for my £20 to be transferred to a debt collection agency!

I wish I'd have read their reviews before I signed up to insure my car with these (via a meerkat related site). I made the huge mistake of moving house mid way through my policy. Their website crashed everytime I tried to update it. Rang, got through pretty much straight away but when I gave my new address, they refused to insure me at the new address (despite it being a lower crime area and moving from it being in a public car park to a private drive). No explanation. So I have to cancel my policy ... and pay £77.17 for the pleasure. Tried doing it online, website crashed again. At least the second guy I spoke to sent me my proof of no claims whilst I was on the phone. Pretty much their only redeeming feature. I'd avoid these in future.

Moved house (less than a minutes car drive) Expected to pay the £25 admin fee only. They came back with an additional £250 cost for moving 3 streets away. When I challenged they just say "oh it could be this, could be that" They don't actually give you an exact reason as to why they can justify an increase so large for moving 3 streets away. Will not be renewing. Avoid the company!!
