I have used Figo for several years now and never had an issue. I have a discount with my Costco membership and is one of the most cost effective insurance plans. I have made several claims through the app, it is a very quick and simple process. They will even contact the vet if they need more information. 100% recommend. My dog would’ve died if we didn’t have Figo pet insurance that covered a large hospital bill.

This company is such a scam. I have paid almost $400 to them and only one claim has given me $70 back for vaccines. All my other claims came back with not a penny of reimbursement. My dog's vaccines alone cost hundreds more this year, let alone his sick visit and other exam fees. You might want to protect your pet, and rightfully so, but this company of crooks is not the way to do it. If you enjoy spending almost $1000 in a year in vet costs and insurance payments and only getting $70 back, by all means get a policy with Figo.

I couldn’t be happier with the Figo claims process. My two year old lab mix ended up in the ICU and needed emergency abdominal surgery to clear a blockage of foreign objects in her tummy. In less than two weeks following the incident, I was notified of my claim reimbursement. Did it cover all expenses? No. But it met my reimbursement expectations, shaved off a pretty good chunk of the nearly $10k expense, and exceeded my expectations for speed and efficiency, and for that I am grateful.
