My experience with FCC Paragon was excellent. From the first communication with me, directing me to their portal, to my subsequent phone calls to the company to request that this submission was acted upon with speed. The submission of my information via the portal was a slick, easy and efficient process. The portal kept me informed of progress. The staff members I spoke to were polite, friendly and informative. A credit to your company. Thank you.

Unbelievably Poor Service – Avoid FCC Paragon! I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with FCC Paragon was so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I was applying for a rental property through a letting agency, and unfortunately, they used FCC Paragon for the referencing process. I wish I had known what I was walking into. From the beginning, it was a mess. I was constantly told that my referencing would be completed “soon”—a promise that dragged on for weeks without any real progress. I had to upload the same documents multiple times because they kept “losing” or rejecting them without any clear explanation. My partner and I had been living at the same address for over a year, yet somehow my address proof was not accepted while his was accepted. There was no logical reason given, just vague excuses. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of internal coordination. If one agent left or went on leave, the next one would start everything from scratch. I had to resend documents over and over again—it was as if the system had no memory. After nearly a month of delays and false promises, I had no choice but to pull out of the tenancy. Thankfully, I found another property through a different agency, and the referencing with a different company was completed in under a week—smooth and professional. If you value your time, sanity, and basic human decency, stay far away from any letting agency that works with FCC Paragon. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Despite providing all the required documents, having an excellent credit score, and stable employment with a reputable company, they dragged the process out for 10 days, repeatedly asking unnecessary questions, only to reject my application without any valid explanation. Their behaviour appeared discriminatory, and if you look at the reviews, you’ll notice that only English applicants seem satisfied, while people of other nationalities consistently report being unfairly failed.
