This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a so-called “warranty” company. They promise wear and tear cover up to 100,000 miles — my car had only done less than 40000 when things started going wrong (I’ve done just 7,000 miles since buying it), and suddenly everything is “excluded from the terms.” What terms? I asked for them — no reply. Just ignored. Left on read. Disgraceful. After spending an hour with a proper specialist, I find out my car has the wrong wishbone installed, a leaking CV boot with the wrong grease, and an automatic gearbox that’s clearly been butchered by some cowboy before I got it — wires everywhere, nothing in place. A complete mess. The 12-month warranty they give is a complete joke. The car didn’t even come with a service book — nothing. It’s 10 years old and I’ve already got more service records than it had in its entire previous life. They expect mechanics to diagnose issues in an hour, and then they’ll only cover £50 an hour for labour — what decade are they living in? No real garage charges that anymore. Good luck getting any mechanic to even deal with them — they don’t want to wait months to maybe, maybe, get paid a fraction of the repair bill. They claim they cover up to £2,000 per claim — but unless you’re ready to fork out £4,000 or more yourself, forget it. And if you actually manage to get anything back, expect to wait 2–3 months minimum. Meanwhile, your car is falling apart. This company is an absolute rip-off. They don’t care about you, your car, or your money. Their “warranty” is just a gimmick to lure you in. I will never go near a vehicle covered by them again. Avoid like the plague. You’ve been warned.
