1st class. Easy to use claim form on line. Do need to pay first and claim back which is reason for 4 star and not 5. Got paid within 2 weeks. Excellent service from on call vet nurse over phone out of hours. Having had poor service from Animal Friends many years ago was concerned with affordable insurance but very pleased with this company

Recent claim for our sausage's dog spinal operation. Very simple process and the maximum our policy allowed, £6000, paid out without fuss. Was concerned when making the claim as you just 'never know' but can happily recommend this company based on our experience.

Easy to set up, took out a decent policy never claimed in 3 years or ever and increased buy over £100 my dog is 3? So ive left, very disappointing, they even state i can ring and ask for a better price, if that's the case why not give loyal customers the better price to begin with.
