This is some text inside of a div block.
Poor. I wanted to cancel my policy within the 14 day cooling off period. No tel no. to call so I filled out the contact form on the site, got back to me by email to say I was out of the period so no refund, but I was within, which I replied to point out - which was then accepted as a mistake on their part and most (minus admin fee) refunded about a week later. They are very slow to communicate via email.. at least a day between. Wouldn't take a policy out with them in the future thinking it would be a nightmare if I did have a breakdown and then to have to deal with them. Who needs that? No thanks.

Terrible company. Policy is auto renewed and it is hidden in their multiple policy documents. They make it very hard to speak to anyone on the phone and do everything online. Their systems do not detect old emails so customers are not notified of renewals and can end up paying for auto renewals unless they notice it on the bank statements.

I have Eversure breakdown cover & I broke down for the first time with two young toddlers on the motorway last weekend - it was the scariest experience & the lady on the phone was so patient & helpful, they were out so quickly to collect us & the recovery guy was lovely. He took me to Kwik Fit & actually came in with me to make sure they didn't overcharge me & push for extra work (which they tried to). I was so grateful for them!! I hardly leave reviews but felt I had to for Eversure. Best breakdown cover ever.
