The whole Embrace team is over the top in efficiency and knowledge. I haven't been with them a long time, but I see a long future with them. I hope I never have to use this insurance, but it's nice to know that it's there. I was treated like a human, not a client, and that says alot about this company, and the all the wonderful agents who are putting the time and effort in.

I've personally used three different pet insurance companies. Embrace has been the best. I have five GSDs who all have coverage. I have been fortunate that only two have had bills that came close to reaching my annual $10,000 coverage. One contracted pythiosis and suffered complications. The other sustained a humeral condyle fracture. Within days of submitting these expensive claims, I received reimbursement. It's one less worry when dealing with an ill or injured pet. I appreciate the military discount, too!
