Change of car meant terminating one contract and opening a new one. Diane was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Helped the process to be completed smoothly. Much appreciated.

I want to say how much I appreciated the way in which Haley looked after me changing my car, so that I could cover the car I would be collecting. Warm and friendly, but professional at the same time. Made me feel comfortable talking to her. Thank you so much. Below is my original posting for Diane earlier this year. Don’t know how to add a new one, as it just brings up this one. I would like to thank Diane for her helpful and great customer service I received when taking out a new policy, current policy taken care of. Thank you for your assistance.

I spoke to Diane today to arrange GAP Insurance for my new car. She was very patient with me as I kept asking the same questions and double checking the cover. She also remembered me from last week when I spoke to her to get an initial quote. Price was really good and I will def recommend Direct Gap to friends and family.
