This is some text inside of a div block.
DO NOT USE!!!!!! Davies also the partner of Ripe Photography Insurance (which we are now cancelling). This company is a scam, worst customer service and nearly impossible to get a hold of them or get a response. I had 2 cameras that were broken and they told me that there is no 3rd party servicer they partner with that we could send it to for an estimate/repairs and would need to find our own servicer in London. After not being able to find anyone to service our cameras, I managed to get a hold of Davies and the rep told me they actually did have a 3rd party servicer. By this point, I was in a rush to get these fixed and ended up finding an external 3rd party to try and sort it faster. After giving them the information for the estimate, it took them 11 days to get back to me (when they claim they aim to reply within 3 days). It's taken over a month to get this sorted, with many back and forths as they are super difficult to get ahold of (20 min waiting times on the phone). On top of this, because we didn't have our receipts we were not fully covered and only got 67% of the payment needed for the repairs. We also needed to pay for the entire year of your policy coverage upfront to get the payout. On top of this, they are very unorganised as I had to ask them 5 times to update our address (as each time they asked me for security verification it was wrong).

This company is a scam. My phone broke whilst it was covered under their insurance policy. After sending it off for a fix they did not fully fix the phone but sent it back with battery and internal issues. The phone stopped working a few months later. This was a breach of contract under the consumer rights act 2015. When I went to ask them about the warranty. They said it wasn’t covered under this. Offering FAKE WARRANTIES is a crime under the Fraud Act 2006. I plan to take this all the way to court with no settlements available.

Arch insurance and their loss adjuster CMSL were totally dreadful after a fire caused by a moronic plumber with a blow torch. I was fully covered however they did not honour the claim. My lawyers said it was down to one man in the company who took a dislike to me and my calling everyday for help. I lost £100,000. DO NOT USE CMSL, insist on another loss adjuster. John Farnell was the man who basically refused to co-operate. What is insurance for other than to be rescued if the worst happens? My fire was 5 years ago, i still think of it every day and of the dangerous and incompetent plumber who caused it. Moral is, you cant trust anyone especially John Farnell. He bored me to tears with all of his pathetic stories on his experience in life, he was just trying to impress??. Unprofessional. 🔥🧯🚒
