DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY — Total Scam If I could give zero stars, I would. One of this company’s insured drivers hit my unattended parked car, and despite it being a clear case of liability, I was treated as if I was the one at fault. The driver had two DUIs, a suspended license, and only minimum coverage — yet I was misled and pressured by their representative Ben Massey, who repeatedly tried to convince me that my own insurance should be responsible for repairs. I had to speak with Ben Massey multiple times, and every interaction was worse than the last. He was rude, dismissive, and even swore at me on the phone. He frequently claimed to be “in a meeting” and would hang up mid-call. Despite making multiple false promises, he never followed through or helped move the claim forward. This company appears to be running a fraudulent operation—dragging out legitimate claims, using aggressive tactics, and outright lying to avoid paying out what they owe. Ben Massey’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, and he should be fired immediately. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. They do not stand by their responsibilities and treat victims with complete disregard. The only positive reviews are because of their rates. This company deserves to be investigated by the state insurance board. Stay far, far away.

EVERY TIME you call customer service, ASK FOR THE NAME of the employee you are speaking to so you can hold them accountable! Currently my insurance company. Hating my experience. I just upgraded to full coverage. They CANNOT tell me what my monthly payment is. Every time I call customer service, I get a different employee with a different response. I was told in confidence I owed $313 this month for full coverage, but found out 36 hours before my payment is due via email that I owe $565. HOW do you mess up that badly? Are your customer service agents on drugs? Genuine question. I didn’t ask for the name of the employee who made this mistake so I can’t report them. They deserve to be fired. They refuse to take responsibility for THEIR mistake and have left me with three days to come up $252 with more (that I was EXPLICITLY told in June I DIDN’T OWE.) DO NOT use this insurance company.

everything would've been great had the agent not lied, it was very clearly obvious that after I agreed to contract for one price and was ready to submit payment then all of a sudden the rate jumps up $ 50 dollars which I was not ok with, and after misleading me about how I can receive a discount if I have current proof of previous insurance within the past 15 days, would not accept the validation of proof from me. I wish I could say that I had a better experience. But that was poor performance, customer service and makes the company look bad.
