On December 10th my mom and I spoke to a girl about changing my policy to having a deductible waiver due to my mom being in a hit and run accident on our street. So that raised my insurance along with Rental Reimbursement. On December 25th I got into a hit and run accident so I had to call and make a claim. They said I would have to pay my $1000 deductible since the deductible waiver they put on my policy doesn't cover hit and runs even though we were told by three people that it would be covered. They said the only way they will cover this scratch is if I got the contact information on the person who hit me which I couldn't do because I didn't notice the scratch until the next morning and I wasn't around my car when it was being hit. After speaking with my claim rep and a claim supervisor they said it won't be covered. On Google, when you research about deductible waivers, it's suppose to cover hit and runs. After going back and forth with many mangers and reps on the phone we decide to get my money back since we are paying so much money and increased my insurance from 520 to 640. When we try to get my money back they told us that it's not their fault that the policy adjuster gave us wrong information and that we were misinformed. All of their calls are recorded to you hear every person we spoke to and how they have given us wrong information but claims that it's not their fault. I'm disappointed in Progressive. After being in business with them for almost 3 year I would expect them to be better. I've been paying them for my auto insurance so much money and at this point I don't want to deal with them anymore after this. Marwan who is a manager spoke to us and is the one who told us how he won't do anything after we were misinformed and constantly lied to regarding this new policy. This new adjustment was one of my worst regrets with them. I feel like I just got scammed with my progressive insurance especially after how they tell me they can't do anything.

Use adobe acrobat when getting documents signed from This heartless business they deserved to be locked up just like the criminals in prison they will falsifiy documents with brokers so they don't have to pay there side of the bargain I am a victim and have all the proof to prove my word is much more trustworthy then the name they wish they could stand by. adobe acrobat will tell you if documents are signed or not legit....

This report is about DAVIN REYNOLDS I had this incident on Thursday and I reported by calling everything about the parties involved. On Monday, I called to check the status of my claim to find out. Davin doesn’t have the other parties Insurance. He couldn’t answer to my question why he didn’t call to check with me, which is what a logical person would do. After this un professionalism, I try to be patient, however yesterday he called me asking would I want to move forward with virtual inspection or would I prefer to have my car inspected at a shop, to which I answered “I prefer shop”. After completing the appointment, they’re informing me. This is for inspection and repairs. I called back to clarify the misunderstanding, but he raised his voice instead. I don’t know if this is part of your training, but I would appreciate if you would go over the phone calls I made during this week.
