This is some text inside of a div block.
So I have broken down and have had the cover almost 1 year and today my car broke down, I called them to tell them and they said they will get some one out to get the car home, I have been waiting over 3 and half hours for a recovery truck to arrive. Lucky I managed to get to a BP petrol station where there is a toilet and food otherwise God forbid this didn't happen out in the sticks some where, I wouldn't recommend any one buying cover my break down as the service is not up to scratch, I called up many times and they said they have to prioritize road accidents and more important cases like mine is not important. So glad I don't have my children with me right now because they would be getting board.

This company is a scam. they advertise national recovery but be aware it is at the discretion of the call handler. They will only tow your vehicle to a local garage. I broke down on a Saturday evening. not in my local area 150 miles away from home and the best they could offer is a tow to a local garage which did not open until Monday morning. I paid extra for national cover however they failed to fulfill their obligations. Stick to AA and the reliable bunch and don't make the same mistake I made!

Terrible company, do not use for pet insurance!! It took them countless chase emails and then eventually a call from us to find out information about blood tests. We emailed them 2 weeks ago about cancelling and had to chase them on this mater as well. competitive prices, but not worth it when you actually need guidance. Avoid them at all costs!!
