I’ve always had great experiences with Club L—amazing designs, perfect fits, and excellent quality. However, for a dress worth £180, I feel the packaging could be better. A plastic bag doesn’t match the premium feel of the product. Upgrading the packaging would make the experience truly luxurious!

Most shops allow 28 days to return items and even extend that over the Xmas period. I purchased a dress for my daughter that has come up way to big definitely is not true to size! now I can not return the dress due to it being a gift over the Christmas period. Will not be ordering again due to this silly 14 days return policy

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a dress which cost me £75 for a wedding , as it wasn’t suitable I returned it for a refund. To my horror I received an email with pictures of a piece of soiled piece of material (not same as dress)stating I returned the dress with blood on the inside. This is a complete lie. After several emails back and forwards from me denying the damage was caused by myself they are refusing point blank to refund me. I asked them to return the dress so I could inspect it but they advised due to health and safety they had to destroy the dress. So I now have no dress and am out of pocket They offered me complimentary vouchers but no refund. It now seems my word against theirs but they are at an advantage as they have my money, I wish I would have read the reviews before my purchase as it seems they refuse refunds on a regular basis. Disgraceful!!!
