Very helpful in starting my home insurance contents claim - we will have to see how successful it may be. My claim was approved with the help of Tomas @ Zurich Insurance, and paid within three working days - well done Tomas & CSIS!

Friends of ours phoned to arrange a holiday on a special deal. Last day to book. Phoned CSIS to arrange travel Insurance, as we had done many times before. Got the basic quote but needed medical screening because my wife had an accident earlier this year. Between 9.30 and 3.30 despite many calls to CSIS who tried hard to express the urgent need to call me to the medical assessment team of the insurance company ,they failed to call. Even though they will just take money from you as an added risk, they can't be bothered to call to do the assessments. We had to wait by the phone all day and sadly, missed the deal and so the holiday. Even an e mail of complaint has not been replied to. I would recommend you get other quotes before using these. The brokers they use seem not to give a dam.
