horrible service as far as benefits, denials, not returning calls or emails. The latest poor service is not getting a call back from Scott Morrissett, Sr. Case Specialist. I have left 3 messages for him and no call back. It said in his letter to me to call with any questions along with his phone number and extension. Horrible. No follow up. I tried emailing all of sr. management. All emails came back undeliverable. They don't want to get emails from members. RI needs competition for them. That is the only way their service will improve and their rates will go down.

Absolute garbage operation. The new website is trash. Most users are there to pay bills. And the bill pay tab is completely hidden. IF...IF you're able to find it, then there is ZERO payment history and ZERO ability to view current statements. The payment interface is barely usable.

Worst managed care provider. Always denying claims, care and treatment because Blue Cross is just worried about the shareholder and bottom line and not the customer/patient. If the RI legislators would stop receiving campaign contributions from this company the state could achieve a more robust health care system with superior outcomes. Blue Cross has zero moral concern for its customers and patients health issues. US Senator: Jack Reed; US Senator: Sheldon Whitehouse; US Representative District 1: Gabe Amo; US Representative District 2: Seth Magaziner should all be ashamed of receiving campaign donations and supporting such a dishonest company.
