London Stop rated Auxillis 1 stars

I am beyond upset with the way Auxillis handled the collection of my vehicle. I spoke to George the day before the collection and clearly explained that the car had more fuel than when it was delivered. George told me I didn’t need to clean the car and said, “That’ll square things up.” I agreed, trusting this was settled.
However, the very next day, I got a call from a driver named Ben, who bluntly asked if the car was clean because he was there to collect it. When I asked if he had spoken to George about the situation, he shockingly said George “is no man,” just an office worker, and that he checks everything himself. I told him, “No, my friend, it doesn’t work like that.” If I get conflicting calls from a third or fourth person at Auxillis, who am I supposed to listen to?
Ben then called me back, adamant the car was dirty, with marks on the seats and dust on the floor, and threatened that I would be charged for this. When I asked for his full name, he refused to give his surname and repeatedly talked over me, not letting me explain anything. I asked him what he was trying to achieve with this aggressive approach, and all he said was, “Why is the car not clean?” I gave up trying to reason with him.
If Ben had liaised properly with the office and acted with any understanding or professionalism—like any reasonable English, Asian, or European gentleman—this would never have escalated to the point where I feel compelled to write this review and file a formal complaint. His rude, loud, and dictating tone was completely unacceptable.
I genuinely feel sorry for other Auxillis customers. If this is how they treat people in a straightforward situation, I dread to think how they handle more complex cases. I wish George had come himself or sent the original driver who delivered the car, as they knew exactly its condition.
I am very, very disgusted and disappointed with Auxillis. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish.
Side note: When the vehicle was delivered, noticed scuffs on the wheel. Called Auxillis team, he said don't worry about it mate. It's bound to happen with customers. Enjoy your vehicle. This was an English chap I spoke to now compare this with my experience with Ben. I'm not going to name where he sounded from that would be stereo typing but we have a level of professionalism and respect in this country towards others.
