I called in to cancel my warranty, not because I didn't like the service or company but to save a few extra dollars. I've been a customer since 2020 and absolutely love the service thag has been provided. I believe I spoke with named Kimberly, she was very kind and helped me with a more affordable plan that still covers what I need. I actually spoke to her twice in two days! She was a breath of fresh air and I thanked God for her and her genuine spirit.

Was having trouble with a minor issue, so I called in and got immediately in touch with company rep. Karen in billings dept was extremely helpful and courteous. Took care of my problem quickly and even upgraded my coverage at a reasonable price. That's why I've stayed a customer for the last 10 years. Great Company

I called 7 times to get discounted. no call back. finally after 7 tries i had a person then was disconnected. no call back. the tried again and I have a woman whose accent is so thick you cant understand them. Telling me my microwave was not covered just to find out it is. I get very frustrated with this company. till this incident they have always been respectful. This time i felt they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
